Rural nurse residency program

The University of Colorado, Nursing Innovation and Outcomes program is working with rural Colorado hospitals for the potential opportunity to sign up for the last year of the Idaho Rural Nurse Residency Program for no fee. This program is an established program for CNO’s to be trained to establish a rural nurse residency program. Several towns in Colorado are already involved and the program would like to welcome any hospital CNO’s interested in discussing the future of the program to join the conversation.
